Ancient City of Umm Qais

Located near the village of Umm Qais in modern-day Jordan, lies the remains of the old Roman city.

Today many of the ruins can be seen today. These ruins include the ancient walls that surrounded the city, an aqueduct, two baths, two theatres, collonaded streets, a temple, a basilica and a hippodrome.
