Former Lindean Railway Station

Lindean Station was opened 5.4.1856, closed to passengers 10.9.1951 and closed completely 23.5.1964. Lindean Station was part of the Selkirk Branch in Scotland.

Today the station building now survives as a private house, but has been altered a lot. The platform has been demolished. The A7 trunk road now goes through the site of the station and follows the trackbed.
