Former Riverside Trailer Court

The Riverside Trailer Court was an old mobile home park in the very corner of the Detroit, on the Detroit River. About 10 years ago, the owner sold the park and everyone was forced to leave, despite the fact that there were no immediate plans for the land. It was considered one of the quietest and most peaceful and stable locales in the city, especially considering its waterfront locale, yet was demolished and remains empty while countless slum neighborhoods are left to rot slowly.
