On May 21, 2006 Montenegro's citizens voted by referendum for independence from the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, ending dissolution of former Yugoslavia's states. 55.3% voted for independence, just over the 55% the referendum required to succeed.

(Serbia and Montenegro don't exists anymore. You have to change the countries list)

They voted to end the union with Serbia but it has not officially been dissolved yet.
