She leased the house in 2011 from Ronald Tutor, the chairman and chief executive of building contractor Perini Corp, who recently got into showbiz with a $660,000,000 deal to acquire Miramax Films from the Walt Disney Company.

In 2013, the house sold for $7.35M to physician turned real-estate developer Joseph Englanoff, who demolished the house.
