This a moving sculpture called 'Ali and Nino' in Batumi, Georgia.

It was inspired by a Georgian novel and designed by by Georgian sculptress Tamara Kvesitadze in 2007. The sculpture was installed in 2010 in the seaside park of Batumi.

The two sculptures unite for a brief moment at 7 pm every day.
