Baccus on a Tortoise

This small sculpture fountain is located off the beaten track at Palazzo Pitti in Firenze. This is said to be a copy, with the original being in the Stanzonaccio, a 17th century building that is part of Boboili Garden complex (next to the palazzo).

I have been here, if in Florence (Firenze), set aside a complete day for the palazzo and its gardens. There is a nice cafe at one end, at the the Museo delle Porcellane, near where Kanye West and that reality star got married (Forte Belvedere).
