Budget Truck RIP

In the US, anyone with a standard driver's license can rent a 26' box truck from Budget or Penske that has a diesel engine and air brakes and can weigh up to 13 tons. This Budget rental truck (seemingly a 26' truck, although they offer smaller trucks) likely took the exit ramp too quickly and as a result, overturned. The Florida Highway Patrol and other emergency responders were on scene, but a tow truck was not.
