On Thursday 21st July 2022 Keith KN6TMT a radio amateur from S. Pasadena, CA reached the summit of Campito Mountain and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 5 contacts in total working on 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit Campito Mountain is 3530 metres (11581 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
