On Sunday 12th March 2023, Elena LZ1ENE/P, a radio amateur from Bulgaria reached the summit of Dautov vrah and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
Elena made 5 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF amateur radio band.
The summit of Dautov vrah is 2597 metres (8520 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
