Empty Banks building

This buildings was a big bank for years and they decide to transform the building in supermall. This is a picture of the construction and you can see the provisional bank office in front of the building. The particularity of the picture is that the building is absolutely empty, there is only the wall. Amazing.

The reason is that the facade is classed like an ancient monument and they can't destroy it.
