On Monday 1st April 2024 at 10:12 UTC, Ivo 9A1AA, a radio amateur from Croatia made contact with Honza OK1PLI/P, a radio amateur from the Czech Republic, who was operating from EVL Anenské údolí (OKFF-2903), on the 40m amateur radio band. Honza made a total of 50 contacts while at the reserve.
EVL Anenské údolí (OKFF-2903), is in the Anenské valley. It is part of the total protected area of 39.3975 hectares. The valley lies to the south-east of Prague in the centre of the Czech Republic. The first designation in the valley was in 2005 with the latest announcement being in 2013.
