A Methodist Chapel on the A523 Leek Road in the village of Waterhouses.
The present chapel was built in 1905 as recorded on the foundation stone which was laid by R. Pearce Esq., on 5th October 1905.
The chapel is close to the village post office in the village which is strung out along the banks of the river Hamps.
