We who knew and admired Ted DeMuro, with all his New York bluster and boldness, remember with great appreciation, the years of struggle and dedication to create a place where young people gained a sense of worth, purpose, and learned in a hands on manner, that was effective and smart. Rest in peace, Ted. We loved your gusto and talents. You were a model of persistence in the face of resistance.
