The Raststätte Dreilinden, former Zollamt Dreilinden, was a famous checkpoint in the cold war when the Berlin wall was standing.

Its also famous as it was the filming location for the exterior shots of the "Autobahnpolizei" in Alarm für Cobra 11 (only the first seasons).
