San Andrés Tuxtla (Mexico) tobacco

San Andrés Tuxtla is the center of Mexico's tobacco production. Much of the Mexican tobacco is used for the wrapper or the outer layer of the cigar. The wrapper is responsible for the majority of the cigar's flavor.
