Shea Theodore's house

The defenseman for the Vegas Golden Knights, who signed a 7-year contract in 2018, purchased this house in February of 2019 for $1,625,000. The home is in The Ridges area of Summerlin and has approximately 3,600 square feet and pool in the gated community. He purchased the home from Tomas Tatar, a left winger who only was with the Knights for the last few months of the regular season and their run to reach the Stanley Cup Finals in their inaugural season in the NHL. Tatar had purchased the home for $1,550,000 in August of 2018, just weeks before being traded to the Montreal Canadiens.
