Sugar Shack, abandoned farmhouse

This is the location of the often painted and photographed sandstone farmhouse nicknamed the "Sugar Shack". It sits on the Kansas prairie and was built in the 1800's. Teenagers from nearby Norton and Phillipsburg use the "Sugar Shack" as a party and make out spot. It has been abandoned for more than 60 years.
