On Monday 31st July 2023, Carine HB9FZC/P & Rene HB9GIN/P, two radio amateurs from Switzerland, reached the summit of Tête de Ferret and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 38 contacts in total working on the 40m and 20m amateur radio bands.
