The Window Cleaner Statue

A bronze statue by Allan Sly “The Window Cleaner outside Capital House on Chapel Street in Paddington. This statue which dates to 1990 was one of Allan’s first public works. It contains an element of humour as the window is staring up at all the glass in Capital House and has lifted his cap and is scratching his head.
