Well, I knew the raven was probably a squadron symbol, and there are Prowlers parked on the ramp in front of the hangar so I Googled 'whidbey prowler squadron raven' and bingo.
I read something about that somewhere... IIRC, the black and white and color shots are not taken at the same time, therefore moving objects show up twice.
