Seems that way. The highways to the north and south of the prison line up perfectly, as does the river and other roads further to the north. There's also a cleared strip running SW-NE north of where the prison would be; compare with the YM or GM views and you see that this lines up with the northern edge of a huge swath of clearing running NE from the prison. |

HEY! I just realized! The imagery has added between before AND after the prison was built! JACKPOT! |
