In the third episode of the third season, Andrea and Michonne see a trail of smoke. Upon inspecting the smoke they find the wreckage of a military helicopter in the clearing. Before they can attempt to help, however, the Governor and his men show up and capture the crash survivors as well as Michonne and Andrea.
