Cool find. It looks to me like an oil barge that has run aground and split in two. The bow has moved perpendicularly to the rest of the wreck and the aft portion has come to rest over the top of it. The colorization makes me wonder if it caught fire at one point.

I believe it could be a seawall. It seems to be guarding what could have been a river mouth at one point because all the way down it looks like a river was once there.
