St.James Strategic Petroleum Reserve Terminal

Part of the supply system for the nation's Emergency Oil Stockpile, the terminal area's 173 acres contain two river docks, six storage tanks (2 million barrel total capacity), pumping and metering stations, and a control complex. Each dock can load 40,000 barrels per hour of crude oil into tankers.
