This is where radical Islamic terrorist, Sayfullo Saipov, allegedly swerved a rented Home Depot flatbed truck into the bicycle lane shown. He drove in the bicycle lane for several blocks mowing down cyclists along the way. At least eight people were killed and at least 11 injured.
