This is the former site of the Moxley's modest bungalow, where lived a 15-year-old murder victim, in a case that attracted worldwide publicity in 1975. The tree in the backyard where the murder took place is apparently still there.

The Moxley family was very wealthy. The Moxley home was not a modest bungalow. It was a huge tutor style home with three floors and over 9,000 sq ft of living space.

This house may be larger, but Martha Moxley's house was by no means a modest bungalow. It was a fairly grand, 18-room, 2-story home in Belle Haven, one of the wealthiest suburbs in the country.
