"Tower 333" in Belleview, Washington where a large boom crane fell over, crushing part of an apartment building, killing one person. Tower 333 is a 20-story, 430,000-square-foot office building that was formerly known as the Bellevue Technology Tower, and was once considered by Google for a Belleview office.
You will notice in the sat pic that this building looks to be under construction, and there is actually a crane similar to the one that fell over, but this is coincidence. Not the same.
The building had been started, but than money backing ran out and it was on hold. At that time, the original crane (pictured) was taken down. After about a year, the project got going again and the new crane was put up.
