The City Kuching is the most populous city in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia. It is the the capital of Sarawak state and also the capital of Kuching Division.
The city is located on the Sarawak River in the extreme southwest tip of Sarawak on the island of Borneo.
The Island of Borneo is the largest island in Asia and the third largest in the world. It has an area of 74,333,000 hectares.
