Pearl Jumeirah is yet another of Dubai's reclaimed islands being built in the Persian Gulf off the coast of Dubai.
Once completed, the island will total roughly 172 acres and will include mostly residential single family residences and town-homes, at least one hotel, mosques, retail space, and a beach.
