The Forn des Teatre is one of Palma de Mallorca's landmarks. The bakery was founded in the 19th century and was restored in 1916 to its present Modernista style. The bakery speciality is the classic Mallorcan ensaimada pastry with a range of different fillings to suit all tastes.
