Georg Philipp Telemann's gravesite memorial

Georg Philipp Telemann (14 March 1681 – 25 June 1767) was a German Baroque composer and multi-instrumentalist.

He was buried on 29 June at the Church of the St. John's Monastery. It was later destroyed. A memorial is placed at the approximately location in front of Hamburgs Town Hall.
