Museum hall at the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard that houses the preserved wreck of Mary Rose, built in 1509-10, one of the earliest purpose-built warships to serve in the English navy. She sank accidentally in 1545 at The Battle of the Solent. The wreck was located in 1971 and raised in 1982.
