Mauricio Oberfeld's House - "Oberfeld Residence"

Mauricio Oberfeld owns this newly-completed contemporary home in the 'Bird Streets' area of West Hollywood. The property is known as "Oberfeld Residence" and is one of the most famous architectural homes in the LA area. In addition to the 8,500 sq. foot main home, Oberfeld built a 3,000 sq. foot basement that includes an ornately tiled spa, large office, wine room and movie theater. The home was designed by Studio Pali Fekete (SPF) architects.

Oberfeld is a home builder and owner of construction firm Dugally-Oberfeld. Together with his brother Fabian, he is also co-owner and Managing Partner of TOG Capital. Oberfeld is also a founder and managing member of Liberty Groves and Silverdust Orchards, which are responsible for farming over 1200 acres of pistachios, grapes and citrus fruit.

Several of Oberfeld's relatives - including his brother, sister, and parents - own lavish homes in nearby Beverly Hills. The Oberfeld clan is one of the wealthiest Mexican families in the world.
