Slinger Speedway (Birds Eye)
The world's fastest 1/4 mile oval. Veteran sprint car driver Jeff Bloom drove the record lap time of 9.908 seconds in August 2010. The track is primarily used by several classes of stock cars, which have circled this track in just over 11 seconds.

The track opened in 1948 with a clay surface, which remained through the 1973 season. It has been paved since 1974. The figure-8 course was added in the late 1970's. The weekly program is held on Sunday evenings.

Several NASCAR drivers raced here before becoming famous, including 1992 NASCAR champion Alan Kulwicki and 2003 champion Matt Kenseth.
