"This 50,000 square foot mega mansion was recently featured on HGTV’s Million Dollar Rooms. It is located at Niles Cortland Road NE in Cortland, OH and is owned by Brian and Kim Ross. Brian owns his own development corporation. The property features a main house, gate/guest house, 3 ponds, basketball court and a tennis court. The massive house features a grand double staircase, 2-story great room, 2-story library, indoor swimming pool, home theater, 50′s style retro diner and 2 huge climate-controlled garages. The Mayan-themed indoor pool, built inside a glass-ceilinged atrium, is the most expensive room in the house. The space was inspired by a trip the homeowners took to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. It features Mayan-ruin replicas, waterfalls, spa, palm trees, rope swing and a waterslide.
