This is the fabled Four Fountains estate, which once used to belong to William S. Paley, the man who built CBS and was once its chairman, and his famous socialite wife, Babe Paley, an American style icon.

The house was built in 1928 to the designs of Peabody, Wilson & Brown for Lucien Tyng and his wife, Ethel, who wanted it to be an arts centre.

The house, among its many amenities, has a 40 ft. × 40 ft. (around 12.2 m × 12.2 m) dining room with a 20 ft. (6 m) ceiling. There are ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The total area of the house is 9,000 square feet (836 square meters).

On the property's 6.7 acres (around 2.7 hectares) there is a main house, caretaker cottage, greenhouse, garages, pool with pool house, and a pond.

Today, the house is owned by Bruce R. Bockmann and his wife, Maria. Bockmann was the co-founder and chairman of TechSpace, Inc.. He spent much of his career as a global investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

The estate was on the market in 2015 for $35 million.
