HMS Unicorn

HMS Unicorn, a frigate launched in 1824, has never sailed as she was immediately after launch stored without her masts and rigging with a roof over the deck to protect her from weather. It is still in that condition and has been in Dundee since 1873 serving the local naval units in various roles until the 1960's Since 1968 she has been in the hands of the Unicorn Preservation Society.
