Nucky Thompson's childhood home (Boardwalk Empire)

This house was the filming location of Enoch "Nucky" Thompson's childhood home on the HBO drama series Boardwalk Empire. Thompson is the main character on the show, played by Steve Buscemi.

This location was used briefly in the show's first season in 2010. In 2014, the fifth and final season revisited the location with several stories about Thompson's youth.

The house is located near the southern shore of Staten Island, which was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Google's street view footage from this area was taken less than two months after the storm.
