Thirsty Beaver Saloon (wedged between a building)

You may be asking yourself why is that bar wedged between another building? The answer is... the owner of the bar declined multiple offers from a developer to sell to make room for apartments. The 13 year old bar now has legendary status. Mick Jagger even recently visited.
