Torchwood HQ Entrance

From the BBC Wales "Doctor Who" spin-off TV series "Torchwood".

The team's Welsh HQ is located beneath the Roald Dahl Plass plaza in Cardiff Bay. The fountain pictured here extends down into the base and one of the paving tiles in front of it hides an 'invisible lift'.
