The wealthy widow and former fashion model is expanding her Beverly Hills real estate holdings. She paid just over $6.4M for the property in December 2014. Her main residence is right next door.

Yeardye's fortune comes from her late husband Tommy Yeardye, a former Hollywood stunt double for Rock Hudson who became a successful restaurateur and later co-founded the mega-successful "Vidal Sassoon" hairstyling chain. He also provided the financing to enable his daughter, Tamara Mellon, to found the famous Jimmy Choo fashion empire.

This property features an indoor pool and was previously owned by Mignon Winans, an heiress to the J.C. Penney department store fortune.
