Charles Hermanowski was a telecommunications executive. He formed a corporation that concentrated on telephone interconnectivity within companies. When his company was purchased by a Fortune 500 company, he was asked to stay on and soon became the President and Chairman of the Board of the acquiring entity.
The property was sold in 2001 and in 2008 the new owner built this 17,600+ sqft bayfront estate set on 4.5 acres that includes a rooftop helipad.
