Daniel Delpiano's House

Daniel Delpiano is the former president and principle shareholder of Atlanta-based Premier Holidays International Inc., a company that was in the business of providing vacation club memberships to individuals who, for an annual fee and monthly dues, could obtain discount vacation travel. Individual memberships were typically for a term of four to five years, and the member signed a consumer promissory note that obligated monthly dues for the term of the membership.
