A simple online search of both Petersen's name and Consumer Credit Services brings up a plethora of complaints and lawsuits against Petersen and his company in relation to defrauding consumers.

Petersen purchased this house for $9M in 2012. The property was previously owned by Cheryl Rixon, a former Penthouse Pet of the Year turned jewelry designer.
