Gerardo Campitiello has served as the owner and executive chef of Excelsior Grand, a high-end banquet hall in Staten Island, N.Y. The award-winning chef is a member of the Chef de Cuisine Association of America. He used to be the chef/owner of Monte Bianco, a catering operation in Staten Island.
