Aileen Getty's House

Aileen Getty, philanthropist and heiress to oil tycoon J. Paul Getty's fortune, owns this home and has listed it for $13 million.

Getty purchased the property in August 2016 for $12.5 million in August 2016 from clothing and furniture designer, James Perse.

This Point Dume house was previously owned by Stefan Lessard of the Dave Matthews' Band, who only kept it for about six months. Before Lessard, the property was owned by Maura Kaplan, a daughter of the late Leslie Nielsen.

Perse and his wife Brandi Briskman paid $6.69M for the property in July 2013. They also own another home nearby.
