Mob Boss Carlo Gambino's Former Home

This modest home in Brooklyn, N.Y. once belonged to Carlo “Don Carlo” Gambino, the boss of bosses and head of the Gambino Crime Family, which continues to bear his name to this day.

Known for being very low key, Gambino and his wife, Catherine Castellano, (sister of former Gambino crime boss, Paul Castellano ) lived in this residence until his death of a heart attack in 1976.
