The film producer turned high-end real estate developer has quietly paid $28M for this long-vacant hilltop compound in Bel Air. He is rumored to be building a mega-estate, called The One, which will list with a price tag in excess of $100M upon completion.
The 3+ acre (1.2+ hectare) property was once the site of a home owned by actress Jane Bryan and husband Justin Dart, but their house burned down in the 1961 Bel Air Fire.

The completed price is now up to $500M, will feature a main house and 2 guest houses totaling over 100,000 sqft. It will include a 45 seat IMAX theater, 30 car garage, casino, and "jellyfish room"
