Patricia L. Lambrecht is the widow of Tom Lambrecht, the former owner of Joliet, Illinois-based T.J. Lambrecht Construction, one of the largest contractors in the country. He owned and ran the business that his father, Paul, co-founded until he was killed while driving a Ferrari. Tom was also the founder of the Empress riverboat casino.
